What’s the payment methods you accept?
We accept credit cards, PayPal links, cheques, and wire transfers. (It would be a 4% processing fee if you apply for PayPal and Credit Card)
How can we get up to the date pricing of products?
Give us a call at the hotline and state your business to the operator, he/she will collect your information and our sales will reach out to you.
How to place an order?
Send the information and artwork of the item you are going to buy to our mailbox (orders@ipromotionpro.com) and we will get back to you with PI and Virtual Proof.
Can we request a sample?
You can do it by contacting our mailbox, our sales team will get back to you with payment options and the shipping cost.

Can we have your terms?
Yes, we are seeking long-term partnerships but we can only offer you that after a few successful deals. We’ll be glad to work together once we have a long and firm relationship.
What if an order goes wrong?
When an unfortunate event occurs, you should contact us immediately so we can start working on a solution. We have a highly skilled QC team ready to handle any problem, just send mails to QC@ipromotionpro.com and CC the corresponding sales of the order, and we will take this to our top priority and give you a solution!
